Identification note: Exact issue year not printed; specific Pick catalog number/subtype not confirmed from images; dimensions not verified; pavilion identified as Hyangwonjeong by design similarity; printer inferred from small bottom text 한국조폐공사 제조. | Design and legends match the First won (Bank of Korea) 50 Won type: Hyangwonjeong pavilion vignette on the face with 한국은행권/오십원, ornate 50 panels, and red circular governor seal; back in blue with torch and hibiscus, large 50s and THE BANK OF KOREA / 50 WON. The noted printer line 한국조폐공사 제조 indicates KOMSCO, which in SCWPM corresponds to the domestic-printing subtype (suffix b) of this ND(1950) issue. Unverified from the images are watermark, signatures/series, and exact dimensions; therefore the assignment is given as estimated to the 50 Won Hyangwonjeong type with KOMSCO subtype.
