Shipping options
These are estimated transit times after dispatch, separate from order processing. Overnight shipping is available. Services and delivery estimates vary by destination and the shipping method available at checkout; international delivery can take longer.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- Order Cutoff: Orders received before 10 a.m. Central Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders received at or after 10 a.m. Central Time, or on weekends or holidays, ship the next business day.
After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order, selected shipping method, and delivery destination. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your order.
International Shipping
Cool Coins & Notes ships worldwide! However, international shipping times may vary by location. Please note that recipients are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to international shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing may cause delays. Shipping Addresses
We ship worldwide and accept all address types, including P.O. boxes and military addresses. Available carrier services depend on the destination and address type; choose an available shipping method at checkout.
