Return window and eligibility

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact our team or email info@coolcoinsandnotes.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please wait for return instructions before shipping your package, and use a carrier that delivers to P.O. boxes.

Return shipping and fees

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. There is no restocking fee. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us first so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate return instructions.

For international returns, the same 30-day request window applies, subject to the European Union provision below. We recommend a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Requests outside the return window

Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery fall outside our standard return policy. If you have a question about your order, contact us before sending any items.
