Import your collection from Excel

Sign in to your Cool Coins & Notes customer account, then choose Import Excel. Download the import template, fill it in using Excel, and upload your Excel, CSV or TSV file, preview the entries and review any warnings before importing. Repeat imports check for duplicates. Add photo links in the spreadsheet or upload photographs after importing.

Can I track more than one example of the same coin or banknote?

Yes. Use Add another specimen to record a different year, variety, grade or serial number. Track quantities and items available to swap separately.

Does My Collection tell me what my coins and banknotes are worth?

You can record purchase costs and estimated values in US dollars. These are your recorded figures, not live market prices or professional appraisals.

Is my collection public?

Your saved collection is connected to your customer account. Sign in to view and manage your items; your private notes and collection records are not published as a public catalog.
