How Collector Rewards works
- Use the same customer account. Sign in with the email you use for your website orders.
- Shop eligible products. Earn 1 point per $1 of eligible merchandise after discounts. Tax, shipping, gold and silver do not earn points.
- Choose a reward. Open Collector Rewards, redeem your points, and apply your reward code at checkout.

Eligible paid website purchases from January 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 have received a one-time opening points credit. Canceled, unpaid and refunded purchases, tax, shipping, gold and silver are excluded. If you checked out without an email address or need help finding your balance, contact our team.

Which purchases qualify?
Eligible purchases made on coolcoinsandnotes.com earn points. Event, marketplace and draft-order purchases are excluded. Gold and silver products cannot earn points or receive rewards discounts. Product eligibility is checked at checkout.
How do I use my points?
Sign in and open Collector Rewards. Redeem 100 points for a $1 code or 500 points for a $5 code. A $25 minimum purchase applies. Reward codes apply only to eligible products and cannot be combined with other discounts. Each issued code is for one use.
What happens if I return an item?
Points earned on returned merchandise are deducted. Fully refunded reward orders have redeemed points returned. Our 30-day return policy still applies.
Can points be transferred or exchanged for cash?
No. Collector Points are tied to your customer account, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Points do not expire.
