Identification note: Exact KM number, composition, and mint not confirmed without reference; physical specs not measured from photos. | Visible features match the Republic of Seychelles palm‑tree 5 Cents: obverse REPUBLIC OF SEYCHELLES with national coat of arms and date 1982; reverse FIVE CENTS with large‑frond palm. This firmly places it in the standard Republic issue 5 Cents type introduced in 1977. However, the exact KM number/suffix cannot be confirmed from the photos alone because composition (bronze vs plated steel), exact diameter/weight, and any variety markers are not verified. A check against the Standard Catalog of World Coins for the 5 Cents listings spanning 1977–1992 is needed to assign the precise KM number.
