Identification note: Exact KM number, mint, and precise specifications not readable from photos; composition inferred from silvery color of this series. | Design and legends match the Pilipino Series type: obverse shows the national arms with REPUBLIKA NG PILIPINAS and the date below; reverse has left-facing bust of JUAN LUNA with DALAWAMPUT LIMANG SENTIMOS and 25. The coin is dated 1970, which falls within the issue span 1967–1974. Edge is reeded and composition listed as copper‑nickel‑zinc (nickel brass) for this type. Numista explicitly lists this type as KM# 199 (1967–1974) and shows 1970 as a circulation year; NGC’s World Coin Price Guide also confirms Philippines 25 Sentimos KM# 199 with the same design and a 1970 entry.
